Nephrology Physician
Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center
Wichita, Kansas
On-site clinic and on-call coverage
• Long-term federal contract
- Pay: $230 to $245 per hour for clinic time
- Competitive on-call hourly rate
- Contract base year with option years
- One half-day clinic per week
- On-call coverage days, nights, weekends, and holidays per VA schedule
- Outpatient nephrology clinic
- Inpatient consults
- Dialysis oversight
- Acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease management
- On-call phone consults and call-back coverage
- Documentation in VA EHR
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Active unrestricted U.S. medical license
- BLS or ACLS
- DEA
- VA credentialing eligibility
- Ability to be on site in Wichita, KS
- Long-term stability with federal facility
- Submit CV and availability.
