✨ Position Overview
Lancesoft Inc is seeking a  Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (within 3 years of residency) ENT Physician  for locum coverage in  Grand Forks, ND .

This role offers a mix of  outpatient clinic work, limited surgical cases , and  light on-call responsibilities , treating both  adult and pediatric patients . No significant facial trauma cases are required.

This is a great opportunity for providers looking for  flexible locum work, excellent pay, and comprehensive travel support .

Key Responsibilities

Provide  outpatient ENT consultations and follow-up care

Manage both  adult and pediatric ENT patients

Limited  surgical cases  as scheduled

Provide  on-call coverage  via pager during weekdays and 24-hour call on weekends (4 hours gratis)

Document patient encounters in  Epic EMR

Collaborate with support staff including  RN, LPNs, registration specialists, and audiologists

Schedule & Coverage Dates

March 9–16

April 13–20  or  April 27–May 4

May – September:  Any 7 days per month, including a full weekend

Clinic hours:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekends:  24-hour call, 4 hours gratis

Provider expected  7–14 days per month  depending on assignment

Light hospital consult coverage while in clinic

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible ENT  (within 3 years of residency)

Active state medical license or IMLC eligibility

Must be able to see both  adult and pediatric patients

No pending malpractice cases or negative background history

Experience with  Epic EMR preferred

Ability to complete credentialing (~45 days)
