CHI St. Alexius Health - Bismarck is actively seeking ABEM-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a leading Level II Trauma Center known for clinical excellence and community care. • 1.4 patients/hour average

• No midlevel support

• EMR:
  Epic

• Shifts:
  
  8-10 hours (depending on role), 36 hours/day physician coverage

• All shifts required: days, nights, weekends

• Must be confident treating all ages and performing all emergency procedures:

  • Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines

  • Procedural Sedation, Airway Management

  • OB/GYN and Deliveries

  • Adult & Pediatric Resuscitation

  • Critical Care

• ABEM certification required

• Prior experience in a Level II trauma center or academic center strongly preferred

1099 Contractor - Living in the Community (Full-Time)

• $305/HR

• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 3 years)

• 8-hr shifts

• Professional Liability Insurance

• Flexible Scheduling

Travel/PRN 1099 Contractor

• $305/HR

• 10-hr shifts

• Travel, lodging, car rental provided

• 1-year contract with block shifts

• PRN roles may convert to permanent

Full-Time Employee with Benefits (Living in Community)

• $275/HR + Full Benefits
