Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to join a successful, well-established group of physicians in the Urgent Care Clinics in Bismarck/Mandan.
- Outpatient only - Opportunities to Moonlight to Inpatient
- Rotating Shifts
- Full time coverage
- Join 13 urgent care physicians across 2 clinics
- Culture of innovation and supportive administration
- Teaching/Academic setting available within UND School of Medicine
Competitive Compensation Package Includes:
- Compensation floor of $300,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
- Additional Physician Benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Disability, CME Allowance, Malpractice Insurance, and Relocation Allowance.
