Floor Balance in Rural Internal Medicine-Sanford Health in Dickinson, ND

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a successful, well established practice.

Current practice includes 3 physicians and 1 APP
Same Day Surgery Center with 1 in-house general surgeon and visiting orthopedic surgeons
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Site includes infusion center, lab/radiology, Mobile MRI, and CT Scanner
Visiting specialties include:
Cardiology, Nephrology, Oncology, and Pediatric Cardiology

Competitive Compensation Package Includes:

• Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
  • Additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
