Gastroenterology APP

Overview

CHI St. Alexius Health, a 185-bed referral center in Bismarck, North Dakota, is seeking an accredited APP (PA or NP) to join our Gastroenterology department. The clinic within the hospital has a dedicated space with strong support staff. We are a growing hospital-employed team in a multi-specialty clinic of outstanding providers.

Pay: $56.01 - $61.90 /hour.

• Typical clinical schedule is Mon-Fri
• Outpatient practice to evaluate patients and maintain continuance of care
• Great work/life balance: no weekends or call
• Coordinate physician procedures and diagnostic testing
• See patients independently with the collaboration of supervising physician
• Should possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to provide exceptional, high quality care
• GI experience not required; physician willing to train candidate
• EPIC EMR

• Provide outpatient care in the GI setting under supervision as appropriate, evaluating and managing patients
• Collaborate with supervising physician on patient care plans and procedures
• Coordinate physician procedures and diagnostic testing
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with strong interpersonal skills

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in specified area of medical specialty
• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
