** Sanford Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiologist to join a broad non-invasive cardiac imaging program with services to include an accredited echocardiography lab, a busy nuclear cardiology lab, and cardiac MRI.

• Robust interventional cardiology program featuring 3 interventional cardiologists who provide services to include percutaneous coronary intervention, TAVR, PFO closure, watchman procedures   
• Comprehensive EP service   
• Excellent and accessible cardiovascular surgical program with 3 experienced surgeons

** Cardiology Core Privileges include the privileges to perform history and physical examination, admit, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide treatment or consultative services for adult patients presenting with diseases of the heart, lungs, and blood vessels.
** Qualifications

ORAn applicant who is not applying directly out of a fellowship shall provide a quality profile from hospital(s) where he/she currently has privileges showing his/her clinical activity for the past 24 months, including numbers of procedures performed morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications. The applicant must be able to demonstrate active involvement of 100 cardiology procedures. Applicants that are level 2 and 3 Cardiologist (Invasive or Interventional Cardiologist) must also include 50 cardiac catheterizations as primary operator during the past two years with satisfactory quality data (if applicable to practice).ORIf

a quality profile is not available from the hospital(s) where the applicant currently has privileges, documentation of the applicant’s clinical activity for the past 24 months is required. The applicant must be able to demonstrate active involvement of 100 Cardiology procedures. Applicants that are level 2 and 3 Cardiologist (Invasive or Interventional Cardiologist) must also include 50 cardiac catheterizations as primary operator during the past two years with satisfactory quality data (if applicable to practice).Eligibility
