Bravera Bank has opened a full‑time Customer Care Representative position located in Bismarck, ND or Fargo, ND. This employee‑ and director‑owned company is committed to helping employees forge new career paths and to driving continuous improvement that enhances the customer experience.
Job OverviewWe’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals who will focus on serving our customers and community. A successful Customer Care Representative will quickly assist customers over the phone in a friendly fashion, present Bravera positively and professionally, and build strong relationships with customers to help them fulfill their financial goals through referrals to other departments.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with accurate processing of transactions while providing quality customer service.
- Research and respond to online chat requests from customers.
- Multitask through multiple computer systems while maintaining a customer‑focused mindset.
- Open and maintain deposit accounts, internet banking, debit/ATM cards, wire transfers, address change requests, and IRA accounts.
- Work effectively with other departments as necessary for customer resolution.
- Cross‑sell all bank products and services.
- Know and follow current banking policies, procedures and regulations.
- Promote the organization in the community through participation in civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues.
- Contribute to overall success by leveraging opportunities across Bravera Holdings Corp.
- Adhere to banking rules and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, and proactively prevent illegal activities by vigilantly identifying potential fraud and reporting suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1‑2 years of post‑secondary education preferred.
- 1‑3 years of banking or customer‑service experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

HoursMonday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
