QC Manager​/SSHO

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Manager/SSHO for a full-time, on-site position located at Minot AFB, ND. The role involves overseeing quality control processes, implementing safety programs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining safety standards. Key responsibilities include daily site inspections, managing documentation, conducting safety meetings, and collaborating with project teams to address and rectify any quality or safety concerns efficiently.

• Proficiency in Quality Control and project management methodologies
• In-depth understanding of Safety and Health standards, procedures, and regulations
• Strong leadership skills including team coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for effectively managing documentation and reporting
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, as well as a history of compliance with safety protocols
• Proven ability to work effectively in on-site construction environments and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field preferred
