Coinford is seeking two experienced Ground workers to join our site team, primarily working on raising manholes as part of ongoing external works. This is a hands-on role suited to operatives with solid groundworks experience who can work efficiently and safely as part of a gang.

• Raising and adjusting manholes to finished levels
• Assisting with associated groundworks, including:
• Drainage works (internal and external)
• External works such as slabs, kerbs, and edgings
• Concrete works and finishing
• Working safely alongside plant and other site operatives
• Following drawings, levels, and site instructions
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
• Keeping work areas tidy and productive

• Proven experience in groundworks, specifically manhole raising
• Valid CSCS card (Blue or Green)
• Good understanding of site safety and safe systems of work
• Ability to work reliably as part of a site team
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work to programme

• CPCS/NPORS plant tickets (e.g. Dumper or Roller)
• Experience working within an established groundworks gang
• Broader experience in drainage and external works

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well with supervisors and other trades
• Commitment to quality workmanship and site standards
• Right to work in the UK
