Allerton Bishop is a pharmaceutical and life sciences executive search firm
, specialising in European recruitment at senior and executive level. We are growing our next generation of sales consultants and are hiring graduates to join our founding growth team
.

This role will be based initially in our Bishop’s Stortford office
, before transitioning into a hybrid role with regular time in London
. It’s a high-energy, sales-driven position for ambitious individuals who want responsibility, reward, and rapid progression.

From day one, you will be trained as a commercial, revenue-generating consultant
. This is a sales role at its core, working in a specialist market with high-value clients.

• Identify and engage senior pharmaceutical professionals through data-mining, market research, business development and marketing activity.
• Take personal ownership of sales generation
  , client development and fee income.
• Network, interview and build relationships with pharmaceutical executives, representing the Allerton Bishop brand in the market.
• Develop deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector
  , enabling you to advise clients and candidates at a high level.
• Lead company-wide projects as part of our graduate programme, helping to build a modern, best-in-class executive search firm.

You will ideally have:

• A graduate or strong academic background
  .
• Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, placements or professional services
  .
• A genuine interest in phone-based and face-to-face sales
  .
• Evidence of sporting success or competitive hobbies.
• Drive, resilience, ambition and the desire to be part of a high-performance culture
