This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Sawbridgeworth. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of residential blocks, coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaise with homeowners and tenants, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with property regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular site visits, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Property management skills, including knowledge of local property regulations and experience handling property maintenance and repairs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with homeowners, tenants, and contractors
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently
• Familiarity with property management software or systems is a plus
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management, real estate, or a related field are advantageous
• Flexible, dependable, and able to work independently in an on-site setting
