About the role:Tees is expanding its marketing and business development team, and we’re looking for an experienced Web Content & SEO Manager to lead the creation and optimisation of high-performing website content that drives visibility, builds trust and generates leads.
What this role would include:- Create, publish and optimise website content.
- Run SEO audits and drive organic growth.
- Support social content and boost engagement.
- Deliver digital campaigns and site updates.
- Manage PPC across Google, Meta and Linked In.
- Support video and short-form content.
- Report on performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush
- Oversee Google My Business and review platforms.
- Work with stakeholders to plan and prioritise content.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications or similar.
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, content and SEO.
- Ideally, experience in professional services or a corporate, service-led environment.
- Strong SEO, content and lead-generation expertise with a track record of results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Analytical, commercially minded and confident using data.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain digital insights to non-marketers.
