Deep Rec.ai, part of Trinnovo Group, is hiring for our Recruitment Academy, designed to develop high-potential individuals into successful 360 Recruitment Consultants.

Deep Rec.ai is the UK’s first native AI recruitment company, specialising in AI, Machine Learning and Robotics across the DACH, Swiss and US markets. This is an opportunity to enter a high-growth, future-facing market with structured training, hands-on coaching, and clear progression from day one.

This role is based full-time in our Bishop’s Stortford office (5 days per week) and is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in recruitment and sales.

We’re hiring potential, not CVs. Recruitment experience is not essential.
