Role Overview

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Sourcing:
    Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Application Management:
    Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
  • Database Maintenance:
    Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.
  • Job Advertising:
    Craft and post compelling job adverts in line with company procedures.
  • Interview Coordination:
    Schedule interviews and liaise between candidates and consultants.
  • Compliance Checks:
    Conduct pre-employment and compliance verifications in accordance with company policy and relevant legislation.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about market trends to attract and retain top talent.
  • Administrative Support:
    Assist recruitment consultants with administrative tasks to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
