Care Assistants Needed in Bishop’s Stortford – No Experience Required

Are you passionate about helping others and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our dedicated care team in Bishop’s Stortford
.

No previous social care experience is needed – full training is provided. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and kind-hearted nature.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Care Assistant
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Helping with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting)

  • Supporting mobility in and around the home

  • Assisting with medication reminders

  • Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and cooking

  • Running errands like food shopping or collecting prescriptions

Requirements
  • Right to Work in the UK (we cannot provide Health and Care Worker visas)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Qualifications
  • Essential

    • Good communication skills

    • Ability to listen with empathy

    • Ability to think on your feet and stay calm

  • Desirable

    • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it

    • Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it

    • Basic First Aid or Moving & Handling training. We can offer this in house
