Bridging Finance Broker Role

As a Bridging Finance Broker, you’ll lead on sourcing, structuring, and completing bridging loans across the UK property market. You’ll work directly with borrowers, introducers, and lenders to deliver fast, efficient, and fully compliant lending solutions. You’ll have access to high‑quality leads, but you’ll also be encouraged to leverage your own network and initiative to generate new business, giving you the flexibility to grow your income quickly.

This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role that rewards ambition, independence, and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and manage a pipeline of bridging finance deals from enquiry through to completion.
  • Liaise with borrowers, brokers, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Structure deals effectively, identifying appropriate lending products and solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Manage both self‑generated and firm‑provided leads, maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key lenders, clients, and industry partners.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and competitor activity.
Self‑Employed Bridging Finance Broker Package (Splits negotiable)
  • 50/50 split on company‑provided leads.
  • 60/40 split (60% to you) on self‑generated business.
  • Scope to increase to 70/30 once consistent performance is demonstrated.
  • Full operational support and compliance covered.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 3–4 years’ experience in bridging finance or short‑term property lending.
  • Proven ability to structure and complete deals with confidence.
  • Strong understanding of lender criteria, property valuation, and exit strategies
    .
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Highly self‑motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Commercially astute, results‑driven, and comfortable working with autonomy.
  • Experience in development finance is advantageous but not essential.
