A leading recruiting agency is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager for a friendly manufacturing site near the M11 corridor in Bishop's Stortford. The ideal candidate will lead a small engineering team and be actively involved in maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts across the plant. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical or maintenance engineering background, leadership experience, and an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 based on experience, with the bonus of an early finish on Fridays.
