This is an opportunity to join a well-established aircraft repair and overhaul business supporting commercial airlines, leasing companies and MRO partners across the UK and internationally. You’ll be part of a close-knit engineering team working on real aircraft components and structures, where your experience and judgement genuinely matter.
What you’ll be doing :- Carrying out structural inspections across repair and overhaul work in line with AMM, SRM & CMM manual accordance
- Ensuring all inspection and release documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date
- Providing technical input to support repair assessments and customer quotations
- Working closely with stores and production to ensure parts, labour and work scopes are aligned
- Inspections to be carried out on receipt of components, stage inspection and on completion
- Experience inspecting aircraft structures and components
- Good understanding of aviation maintenance documentation and regulatory standards
- A detail-driven, methodical approach to quality and compliance
- Experience with in an MRO or similar aircraft maintenance environment
- Advantageous if held previous stamp approval.
- Knowledge of paint systems and application
- £25 - £35 per hour depending on experience
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent role with a stable, growing aviation business
- Supportive, engineer-led culture with very low staff turnover
- Monday – Friday, Days only.
