Job Title:

Secondary Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant

Location:

Hertford
Pay: £100–£120 per day
Start: ASAP

Contract:

Ongoing, Monday–Friday

• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across the secondary curriculum
• Providing learning support to students in the classroom
• Managing and supporting student behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment
• Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis where required
• Helping students stay engaged and focused during lessons

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school
• Strong behaviour management skills and confidence working with students
• A clean Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Reliable, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff

• Competitive daily rate of £100–£120
• Full-time, ongoing position (Monday–Friday)
