• provide one-to-one support to specific students with learning needs, on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• assist in the implementation of individualised education plans.
• collaborate with teachers, special education coordinators, and other professionals to support the student effectively.
• foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student to promote their well-being and engagement.
• monitor and track the student's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as needed.
• collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.

• strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
• initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
• previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
