Overview
Due to a rpaid increase in work within their Water sector, our client, an award winning Contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a Water Main scheme they have close to Bishops Stortford with works including Mains Replacement and Heavy Civils works.
Responsibilities- Daily duties will include applications for payments, sub contractor account management, issuing payments, cost reporting and regular client liaison/meetings.
- Minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying.
- Solid Civil Engineering exposure, water major advantage but not essential.
Immediate start, top rate, Outside IR35, long term contract with lots of work in pipeline also.
