Production Operative

Production Operative – Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, G64 2PY

£31,500 (including shift allowance) plus overtime and benefits. Shift pattern: 4 days on / 4 off (Mon–Sun), 12 hrs per shift, 05:30 am to 05:30 pm.

We’re currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Production Operative to join our team in Bishopbriggs. You will work as part of our manufacturing team, carrying out all duties related to the efficient manufacturing of high‑quality products, using operational techniques and creating the UK’s leading roof tiles. You will use manual handling tools, powered hand tools, machinery and mechanical handling equipment in an environment where safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets are the norm.

Flexibility is required. You must be able to cover tasks outside your immediate area and travel for training or other requirements. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times regular pay and is readily available to those who want it.

• Experience operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation
• FLT counterbalance licence preferred, but not essential
• Team player with attention to detail
• Good level of English, orally and written
• IOSH qualification desirable
