Class 2; Cat C Drivers

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Class 2 (Cat

C) Drivers for an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity with our client based in Bishop Auckland. Our client is a well-established, independent packaging company with a strong reputation for quality and reliability.

We are looking for a reliable Class 2 (Cat

C) Driver to deliver cardboard packaging to customers across the North East. This is a customer-facing position, so a friendly and professional approach is essential as you will be representing The Best Connection at all times. The Class 2 (Cat

C) Driver will also ensure deliveries are completed safely and on schedule.

• Minimum of 2 years' commercial driving experience as a Class 2 (Cat
  
  C) Driver
• Valid and in-date Class 2 licence, CPC, and digital tachograph card
• Positive, customer-focused attitude

• Monday to Friday with a 07:00 start time

Weekend work may be available:

• Saturday: £21.75 per hour
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: £29.00 per hour

• £14.50 per hour (Monday to Friday)
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 8 hours
