You’ll work at the heart of our Change & Technology Governance team, partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and drive transformation across people, processes, and technology. From discovery to delivery, you’ll ensure every initiative creates real business value.

This is a remote role, but ideally you’ll be within a 90‑minute drive of Morley, Leeds, as travel will be expected for key project activities.

• Lead business analysis activities and define clear, actionable requirements.
• Map current and future processes to unlock efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise high‑value changes.
• Produce solution‑agnostic artefacts for architecture and engineering teams.
• Support benefit identification and realisation planning.

• Sharp Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills – you see patterns, diagnose issues, and create clarity.
• Outstanding Communication – able to translate complex ideas for technical and business audiences.
