- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Baumaschinenführer im Strassenbau
- Kurs M 2 oder gleichwertig
- Leistungsorientierte, teamfähige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
- Auch gewillt, Sondereinsätze wie Nacht- oder Wochenendarbeiten zu leisten
- Bedienung von Pneu- und Raupenbaggern in anspruchsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Situationen
