Location: Saltley, B8

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 01:00am – 09:30am (30 minute break)

Hourly Pay: £13.50 – £15.12 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable Night Shift FLT Counterbalance Driver and Warehouse Operative to join a fast‑paced logistics operation based in Saltley. This role will be a temporary‑to‑permanent position. It offers consistent night work and a supportive team environment.

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck to load and unload company vehicles
• Using PDA hand scanners to process stock accurately
• Picking and packing goods to order
• Performing general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure smooth night‑shift operations

• Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
