TLP Recruitment Southampton are recruiting a skilled Forklift Driver to join a busy and growing logistics operation based in Totton. This is a great opportunity to secure long term, stable work with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

The company operates a modern, efficient warehouse and values safety, teamwork, and reliability.

• £14.00 per hour
• Sunday to Thursday shift – 4:30pm to 1:00am
• Ongoing work withtemp-to-perm potential

• Weekly pay every Friday

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Work primarily on a pivot truck (counterbalance licences also accepted)
• Support warehouse operations, including stock movement and organisation
• Carry out daily equipment and safety checks
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area

• Valid Pivot or Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to commit to a regular
