Car Delivery Driver

Overview

Forde Automotive is a leading provider of car delivery drivers across the UK. We work for leaders in the automotive sector, delivering vehicles on a national basis.

• Carry out single car collections and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner as directed.
• Complete accurate collection and delivery reports in line with client and customer requirements.
• Report all vehicle accidents, damage and faults promptly, following company policy.
• Complete any relevant administration as required by the client.
• Ensure all customers’ vehicles and their property are secure at all times.
• Follow HSE policy and use PPE as necessary.
• Wear smart business attire and provide customer service in line with company policy.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to deal with customer complaints and defuse difficult situations calmly.
• Competent with all ignition types.

The pay rate is currently the National Living Wage. All positions are temporary but may lead to ongoing assignments or permanent roles.

Applicants must hold a valid full driving licence for a minimum of 5 years. No more than 6 points are accepted for minor driving offences, and no DR10 licences are allowed.

A DBS check may be required.
