LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

About EngineiusEngineius’ goal is simple: to make vehicle movement easy. We are on our way to creating the leading end-to-end movement solution in the UK for our customers (such as Hertz and The AA), delivered by our network of 600+ drivers and transport agents across the UK. Since going live in April 2018, we have acquired over 80 clients, many of whom can claim to be amongst the largest players in the UK automotive industry.
We are already one of the largest competitors in our space but have ambitions to grow much further and we are crazy about sustainability, to date we have saved fleets over 10,000,000 tonnes of CO2. - Create and promote tailored routes to our national network of drivers and suppliers and assist with movement planning within budget to ensure on‑time service and reduce failures.
- Maintain and build relationships across our driver and supplier base to maximise efficiency and network capacity.
- Work closely with our Customer Service team to provide our customers with outstanding customer service and reliability.
- Leverage problem solving skills to support driver queries as required.
- Use data and our portal to make informed decisions and track performance, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Update customers on unallocated movements when required.
- Enthusiasm and passion to succeed in everything you do.
- Ability to influence others and bring them on the journey by being trustworthy.
- Genuine desire to take responsibility and willingness to learn, embracing challenges.
- Resilience knowing that challenges make successes more rewarding.
- Multitask and prioritise; a proven problem solver.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to agree the right terms.
- Track record delivering results against targets, preferably in the automotive sector or equivalent industry.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Geographic knowledge and logistics experience desirable.

- Base location in Birmingham city centre at Somerset House, only a 5‑minute walk from Grand Central train station; rooftop terrace and city views.

- 25 days off a year plus bank holidays, and an additional day with every completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days per annum.
