Allround Cricket Coaching delivers professional sports coaching to school and club cricket teams as well as providing personalized individual 1-to-1 coaching sessions. Our team is comprised of fully qualified coaches who are DBS-checked, insured, and trained in safeguarding practices, prioritizing the safety and development of all players. We strive to provide tailored, high-quality cricket coaching to players of all ages and skill levels, helping them achieve their full potential and foster a love for the sport.

This is a part-time on-site role as an ECB Qualified Cricket Coach located in Birmingham. The role involves planning and delivering cricket coaching sessions to individuals or groups, ensuring skill development and player growth. Responsibilities include assessing players' abilities, creating tailored coaching plans, managing and overseeing training sessions, and encouraging sportsmanship and team collaboration. Additional responsibilities may also include providing feedback to players and supporting their progress.

• ECB Level 2 or higher cricket coaching qualification
• Experience in planning and delivering effective cricket training sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with players of diverse ages and skill levels
• Proficiency in assessing skills and creating tailored coaching plans
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a current DBS check
• First aid qualification and liability insurance are preferred
• A passion for cricket and dedication to player development and sportsmanship
