Location:

Birmingham Rubery FWC, Fitness, Permanent contract, Part time 16 hours.

Salary: £27,797.12 – £34,249.28 OTE pro rata.

Candidate profile:
You have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above), are a natural communicator, confident, outgoing and approachable. You’re great at listening, understanding and explaining the journey to better fitness.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

• Have full access to Nuffield Health’s range of services.
• Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
• Be confident about delivering a range of sessions and consultations.
• Carry out high-quality inductions, Personal Best programmes, group & personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
• Enjoy clear career progression, with opportunities to become a Wellbeing Lead and management roles.
• Have opportunities for further training through the in‑house Personal Best offer, including Les Mills instructor and group cycle, and additional CPD.

Your earning potential will increase as you establish Personal Trainer clients. The sliding scale ensures that the more sessions you deliver, the higher your take‑home earnings.

Qualification requirement
:
All candidates must be a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and hold a current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level. Failure to provide these will prevent application progression.
