As a Senior Java Developer in Kainos, you’llberesponsiblefor developing highqualitysolutionswhichdelightourcustomersandimpactthelivesofusersworldwide.

It’sa fast-pacedenvironmentsoitisimportantforyoutomakesound,reasoned decisions .You’lldothiswhilstlearningaboutnewtechnologiesandapproaches, withtalentedcolleaguesthatwillhelpyoutolearn,developandgrowasyou, inturn, mentorthosearoundyou.

• Experiencebuildingandtestingmodern softwareapplications.

• Experience in Java plus
  
  Type Script.

• Experience inframeworks:
  
  Angular, Hibernate,Dropwizard.

• Experienceindatabase:
  
  SQL or No
  
  SQL.

• Experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques

• Familiar with
  
  AWS or Azure cloud services.

• Proficientindesigning,building,testingandmaintainingmodern software applications

• Experienceofapplyingdevelopmentbestpracticesandpatternsinrelationtosecurity,scalability and performance

• Contributingtotechnicaldecisionsanddirectionin acollaborativeteam environment,including architecture,estimation,product planning,userstory/requirementcreation.

• Experienceofdesign and developmentacrossmultiplelayersofanapplication
  Mentoring junior team members

• Goodcommunicationskills, with theabilitytocommunicateissuestotechnicaland non-technicalpeople.

• Experienceofdebuggingandtroubleshootinglive applications

• Activeparticipationinknowledgesharingactivities,bothwithinthe team and withwidernon-technical audiences

• Experienceofmultipleprogramminglanguagesand datastoragetechnologies

• Experienceofbalancingtechnicaldecisionswithuserneedsandcommercialconstraints

• Knowledge of publiccloudplatforms,suchas AWS and Azure,including
  
  SaaS and Paa Sofferings
