You will lead a high‑performing team of full‑stack developers across our Platform and Lovey App squads, overseeing technical delivery, architectural decisions, and best practices, while remaining hands‑on with code. Your focus will be on building scalable, secure, and elegant systems that empower the team to deliver high‑impact work.

• Lead engineering effort across the Lovey App and Platform squads and mentor junior engineers.
• Design and build scalable, maintainable systems using Flutter.
• Architect solutions for both consumer‑facing and B2B finance products.
• Deploy and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to define, prioritise, and deliver impactful work.
• Champion clean, modern engineering practices: CI/CD, testing, code reviews, continuous improvement.
• Drive technical direction and contribute to long‑term architectural planning.
• Foster a lean, autonomous culture with clear processes where needed.
• Ensure strong data flows between Lovey’s ecosystem:
  Provenir, LTi, Hub Spot, Thought Spot, and Big Query.

• 8+ years in full‑stack development, with recent leadership or mentoring responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of Flutter (Dart), Node.js, and a wider development stack.
• Strong experience with Flutter for cross‑platform mobile development (iOS & Android).
• Bonus: experience with native iOS/Android.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Pragmatic, collaborative, and simple‑oriented approach.
