You will provide patch-based housing and tenancy support, manage a team, and collaborate with various agencies. Ideal candidates will have experience in housing management and dealing with the public, possess good English and IT skills, and be able to manage both proactive and reactive service delivery.
This role offers a hybrid working model and requires a DBS check.
