Commercial Plumber

A well-established mechanical and plumbing services contractor operating throughout the West Midlands is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Plumber to join their growing team.

The role will involve service, maintenance and installation of commercial plumbing systems and sanitary ware across sites including schools, care homes and commercial buildings.

This position would suit a reliable plumber looking for stable full-time work within the commercial sector.

Commercial Plumber Responsibilities

* Service and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems

* Repairs and replacement of sanitary ware

* Installation and maintenance of toilets, taps and pipework

* Installation and replacement of water heaters

* First fix and second fix plumbing

* Fault finding and repairs

* Ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard

Commercial Plumber Requirements

* Minimum 2 years plumbing experience

* Experience working in commercial plumbing environments

* Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (preferred but not essential)

* Knowledge of sanitary systems and plumbing installations

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
