What You’ll Be Doing- Work alongside qualified joiners on a wide range of maintenance and construction tasks
- Learn how to use tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Build practical skills across all aspects of joinery work
- Keep work areas clean and tidy
- Follow essential health and safety guidance
- Support wider team and community‑based projects
- Attend college weekly and complete all coursework on time

Shortlisting & Assessment InformationShortlisting outcomes will be shared with all applicants no later than 13th April. If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre on 1st May. Further details, including timings and what to expect on the day, will be provided to all shortlisted candidates. This will be followed by a formal interview with the recruiting manager.
