We are recruiting multiple trades for an upcoming refurbishment project in Birmingham. Works will run across an 8-week programme, with different trades required at various stages.
Trades Required
We are looking for experienced:
* Carpenters / Joiners
* Dryliners
* Plasterers
* Bricklayers
* Decorators
* Taper Jointers
* Multi-Traders
* Labourers
Scope of Works (Overview)
* General refurbishment works
* Partitioning and plasterboard installation
* Carpentry and second fix joinery
* Plastering and finishing
* Decorating and making good
* Flooring installation
* General labouring and site support
Requirements
* Relevant trade experience
* Valid CSCS card (if applicable)
* Own tools and PPE
* Reliable and able to work to programme schedules
