Job title: Multiskilled Plumber.

As a key role within the Property Care team, you will handle reactive repairs to both plumbing and heating systems, using tools and equipment safely and efficiently. You will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring all work meets health, safety and quality standards.

Start date:

Mid to late March.

Hours:

37 hours per week (10–6 pm Mon‑Thu, 10:30–6 pm Fri).

Location:

Coventry.
Duration:
Ongoing.
Pay rate: £20‑£22 per hour + Van and Fuel Card.

• Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (essential)
• Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (desirable)
• CSCS Card holder (or equivalent) preferred
• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive manual vehicles
• Experience working within the social housing sector
• Proven understanding of health and safety best practice, with a record of maintaining compliance in a repairs and/or maintenance environment
• Proactive, adaptable and solution‑focused
• Full UK Driving Licence – this is an absolute requirement for this role
