Multi Skilled Plumber

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multiskilled Plumber to join a reputable and highly regarded Social Housing Provider. This is a key role within the Property Care team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in all aspects of Plumbing and Heating duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reactive repairs to both Plumbing and heating systems.
• Safely and efficiently using tools and equipment.
• Working independently or as part of a team.
• Ensuring all work meets health, safety, and quality standards.

Start date:

Mid to late March.

• Hours:
  
  37 hours per week. (10 - 6 pm Mon - Thurs, 10:30 - 6 pm Fri)
• Location:
  
  Coventry.
• Duration:
  Ongoing.
• Pay rate: £20-£22 per hour + Van and Fuel Card.

• Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Plumbing and heating (essential)
• Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing and heating (desirable)
• CSCS Card holder (or equivalent) preferred
• Full UK driving licence and able to drive manual vehicles
• Experience working within the social housing sector
• Proven understanding of health and safety best practice, with the ability to demonstrate how compliance has been maintained within a repairs and/or maintenance environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused.
• Full UK Driving Licence—this is an absolute requirement for this role
