  Start with a basic salary of £32,224 per annum

  Full‑time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hr week), with potential for up to 50 hours on certain projects

As a Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced Supervisors and Operatives to learn the ropes of the industry. You will be supported every step of the way as you learn to:

• Assist in asbestos removal, encapsulation, and environmental cleaning within the Utilities Sector
• Follow strict Plans of Work and health and safety guidelines to keep yourself and the public safe
• Learn to use, maintain, and care for specialist Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE)
• Operate asbestos removal plant and equipment under expert supervision
• Provide excellent service to our customers while representing the DCUK FM brand

• A Full UK Manual Driving Licence

  You'll be the face of the company on‑site, so a friendly and professional approach is key
• A Can‑Do Attitude:
  You should be keen to learn, use your initiative, and not be afraid of a hard day's graft
• Flexibility:
  Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions carefully
• DBS Check:
  You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on specific project requirements
