PIPE FITTERS REQUIRED
Our client is looking for several qualified and experienced Pipe fitters to join a project team on NHS contract in Birmingham. Pipe fitters will be responsible for installing, assembling, screwed pipework up to 2" for our modular contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut and install screwed pipework up to 2 inch diameter
- Inspect and test completed systems for leaks and functionality
- Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure timely completion
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards on the job site
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter or in a similar trade
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of various piping materials (e.g. copper, steel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification or trade qualification in pipe fitting (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
