We are a leading coffee machine manufacturer looking to recruit an experienced Coffee Service Engineer to join our growing UK team. This is a field-based role covering the West Midlands, working with a range of commercial coffee equipment.

The Role

* Installation, servicing and repair of commercial coffee machines

* Planned maintenance and reactive breakdown support

* Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components

* Providing excellent customer service at client sites

* Accurate completion of service reports and documentation

The Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience servicing coffee machines or similar electro-mechanical equipment

* Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work independently in a field-based role
