Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (with occasional on-call rota)

About the Role:

We’re working with one of the UK’s leading facilities management companies to recruit an experienced AC Engineer for their Birmingham operations. You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial sites including offices, retail, healthcare and education environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an AC Engineer looking to join a stable organisation with long-term contracts, strong support, and clear opportunities for progression.

About the Company:

Our client is a trusted name within facilities management, delivering high-quality HVAC and building services solutions across public and private sector portfolios nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service, maintain and fault-find on AC and HVAC systems

* Carry out PPM and reactive works across commercial sites

* Work on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant

* Complete F-Gas and compliance paperwork accurately

* Deliver a professional, customer-focused service on-site

* Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as an AC Engineer in a commercial environment

* F-Gas Category 1 (essential)

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Good knowledge of HVAC systems and controls

* Full UK driving licence
