Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Installation Manager to join the team!

Our client is a rooftop Solar PV and Battery Storage specialist who is looking for a new Installation Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of domestic and commercial retrofit projects.

They need someone who can take full ownership of the installation journey, driving customer satisfaction through ensuring a high quality of installations across the board.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of domestic and commercial renewable installations
• Act as the technical lead across solar PV, battery and ASHP systems
• Oversee customer journey from booking to handover
• Liaise with installers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Improve operational processes to support business growth
• Ensure all installations meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards

• Proven experience as an Installation Manager or in a similar role within renewables
• Strong technical expertise across solar PV, battery storage, and air source heat pump systems
• Demonstrable experience managing full end-to-end installation processes for domestic and commercial customers
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust with homeowners, business owners and installers
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
