Plumber – Birmingham

Location: Birmingham (Midlands area) –
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hpw, Monday to Friday (no evenings, weekends, or on-call).

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
• Undertake tank replacements and plumbing repairs in commercial and domestic environments.
• Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications, and remove dead legs.
• Collaborate with teams, maintain accurate records, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Essential:
City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and a G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification. Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks is required; experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is a bonus. A full UK driving licence is essential.
