Water Hygiene Technician

Location:

West Midlands area – Mobile position.

Contract:

Permanent and Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on‑call).

As a key part of our team, you'll travel to customer sites to ensure water systems are safe and compliant across the region. Your day will involve inspecting and cleaning water storage vessels (including leading on tank chlorinations), installing and servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves, and conducting routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG 274 Part
2. This includes flushing water outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling shower heads, flushing pressure vessels, and performing sampling for closed water systems. You'll also use our SimPRO system to manage workloads, spot problems, and proactively find solutions, drawing on knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG
274.

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training, or equivalent industry experience.
