As an Electrical Trainer, you'll mentor and guide a group of 18 apprentices working through their T1, T2, and T3 Electrical qualifications. You'll have the autonomy to coach and inspire the next generation of electrical professionals, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and passionate professional from the electrical industry who is ready to share their knowledge and expertise. You must hold an NVQ level 3 qualification and have a valid gold card. You'll thrive in a mentoring role and enjoy working with people at the start of their careers. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to inspire confidence are key.

Additionally, you should have a desire to continuously learn and adapt, making the most of the training and resources provided.
