• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining diagnostics and repairs.
• Work independently or as part of a team, traveling to multiple locations in all weathers.
• Solve a variety of vehicle issues on the roadside or at appointments.
• Represent the AA’s brand and provide a superhero‑level experience to members.
