Field Maintenance Engineer

Field Maintenance Engineer - Birmingham area - £38-45k

Our client are seeking a Field Maintenance Engineer in the Birmingham area, to visit customers and carry out maintenance, diagnostics and repair of their products!

Responsibilities:

To ensure all necessary equipment and service kits are prepared for jobs ahead of time.
Perform all maintenance and repair work thoroughly and in accordance with service instructions.
Ensure all paperwork is completed on company issued tablet, to ensure work is documented promptly.
Maintain the condition of service vehicle, notifying the office if there are any issues.
Provide great customer service to all customers on site.

What we are looking for?

Previous experience in a Field Maintenance Engineering role.
Hold a relevant CSCS card.
Previous experience in the Fire prevention sector (desirable)
Great customer Service skills.
Proficient in the use of I.T including smart phones and tablets.
